Who does what

Chief Investment Officer
Claude

Researches every coin on the web and writes the thesis. Never holds a key, never places a trade.

Execution
The engine

Code that checks every verdict against the mandate, sizes the buy, simulates the swap and signs it.

Board
One guy

Approves each buy by hand in the early days. Sells, stops and buybacks don’t wait for approval.

Risks

  1. Our CIO is a language model. It reads a lot of websites and it can be wrong about all of them.
  2. Memecoins can go to zero. Coins over $1M with a real product can also go to zero, more slowly.
  3. The treasury is marked to DexScreener prices. Selling a whole position could move the price.
  4. $MEMESTRATEGY is a memecoin. It is not a share, a fund or a claim on the treasury. Nobody owes you anything.
  5. The hard stop sells at −60%. That is a big loss, and it can happen more than once.
